Returns / Exchanges


UK Addresses:

Brisa del Mar guarantees that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the Goods you have ordered, You can return them to us and we will exchange them or give you a full refund of the price of the Goods (not including the postage) provided that:

1.    the Goods are returned to us "as new" i.e. unworn and unwashed with all labels, hygiene stickers and packaging intact, together with the 'Returns Form' within 10 working days of receipt of the Goods by you; or
2.    if the Goods are not returned to us within 10 working days of you receiving them, you deliver to us a Certificate of Postage which confirms that you sent the Goods to us within the 10 working day period.

Please allow up to ten working days for your Goods to be returned to us by post.

If you have lost your returns form, you can still return your unwanted intem by using the following address.

Overseas Addresses:

We will exchange and refund the price of the Goods (not including the postage) under the same policy as is the UK.

Customs/Clearance Fees:

International returns that incur a customs/clearance fee will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

If you wish to return or exchange goods, please email us at  for a returns number and advice note. The follwing conditions apply:

* Returned goods must be in a resaleable condition with all tags in place.
  We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
* For reasons of health and Hygene we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on: underwear/Lingerie, controlwear, Hoisery and nightwear unless the tages are still in place and the packaging is unopened and  undamaged unless faulty.
* Postage is the responsibility of the customer. It is essential that you get a receipt as proof of posting.
* Returns must be sent back to us up to fouteen days after you have received the goods (after fourteen days  returns may not be accepted)

DELIVERY:

Standard Delivery

UK          £4.95

Standard delivery takes an estimated 5 working days ('Working days' are classed as Monday to Fridays only, excluding UK Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.)

Occasionally, deliveries may occur on a Saturday, though this is not guaranteed.

Express Delivery

UK          £5.95

Express Delivery arrives the next working day.

Orders must be placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery.

Express orders placed on Friday before 1pm will be delivered the following Monday (or next working day if Monday is a Bank Holiday).

Deliveries are made between Monday and Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.

Deliveries are made between Monday and Saturday excluding UK Bank and Public Holidays. Please note, availability of Saturday deliveries is not guaranteed and will depend on the carrier shipping your order.

Order delivered to a country other than the UK?

You or someone needs to sign for your parcel.

If you are not at home when your order arrives, our courier will post a calling card through your door. This card will contain full instructions and reference numbers to enable you to contact the courier (by telephone or internet) to re-arrange delivery at a time more convenient.

Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour - you will be advised of this on the calling card.

The courier will attempt delivery on three consecutive working days.

Your parcel could arrive at any time between 7:30am and 9pm. If you provide a mobile phone number on the Billing page when placing your order you will receive a text message on the day of delivery.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email (up to 3 working days from the day after you place the order). This email contains information regarding order tracking, and a link to our courier's website with your parcel's unique reference number.

Can I have my parcel sent to a different address?

Yes you can choose a different delivery address to your billing address when you are placing your order.

 Can I request a specific delivery date for my order?
